Marriage, as God designed it, is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman—meant to last a lifetime. It is more than a legal union or a romantic partnership. It is a living picture of Christ and the Church: full of love, sacrifice, grace, and unity. In a world that often distorts or dismisses this truth, we find ourselves surrounded by voices telling us to give up when things get hard. Divorce is common. Division is normalized. Self comes first. But God calls us to something higher—something holy. Marriage isn’t always easy. Two imperfect people becoming one is a lifelong process. But it's a beautiful one, worth every ounce of prayer, effort, and commitment. When Scripture says “the two shall become one flesh” (Genesis 2:24), it touches every part of our lives.
